Terms, Conditions and Policies
Check-In: 2:00 PM (RV Sites) / 3:00 PM (Cabins)
Check-Out: 11:00 AM (RV Sites) / 10:00 AM (Cabins)
Hours / Check-in / Check-out Times: Pre-Arrival Instructions and Access Codes will be sent to you approximately 3-days prior to your arrival. Please review these details in their entirety. RV site check-in begins after 2:00pm (EST). Check-out time is 11:00am (EST). Cabin check-in begins after 3:00pm (EST). Cabin check-out time is 10:00am (EST). No early check-in or late check-outs will be permitted. Refunds are not given for late arrivals or early departures. Quiet hours are from 10:00pm-8:00am.
General:
Guests are responsible for any damage or injury caused by themselves and/or their children.
Guest assumes any and all risks associated with the foregoing and agrees to hold Park harmless from and indemnify Park against the same.
The Park is not responsible for personal injuries or damage, loss or theft of any personal property or vehicle.
We reserve the right to evict any person(s) who does not comply with the rules and policies.
The total number of guests in any space cannot exceed the maximum capacity for that site.
A maximum of 8 total people allowed per RV site at any given time. Only 1 RV or trailer unit per site is allowed.
A maximum of 6 total people allowed in a Premium Cabin or Lakehouse at any given time.
A maximum of 4 total people allowed in a Deluxe Cabin at any given time.
A maximum of 2 total people allowed in a Standard Cabin at any given time.
Maintenance on and/or washing vehicles on property is not allowed.
All spaces are to be kept neat and clean for the duration of your stay.
Only 1 vehicle allowed per site unless stated otherwise.
DO NOT leave trash out overnight. Campers are responsible for removing ALL trash from their campsite and taking it to the designated dumpster on-site.
Trees are a big part of our campground's beauty. Standing trees are not to be defaced or destroyed. Please do not carve, nail or chop our trees. Firewood is available for purchase at the camp store.
Campsites are assigned. Do not set up on any campsite or move from one site to another without approval from Park management.
Messages and mail are NOT delivered to site. Please check with the Office if you're expecting correspondence.
Under no circumstances are Parties allowed at any of our RV sites or cabins. Please inquire with the office if you are interested in hosting a special event.
Safety:
The use of Firearms of any kind is PROHIBITED in the Park.
The use of archery, paintball, slingshots or air guns is PROHIBITED.
Fireworks of any kind are PROHIBITED.
Campfires must not be left unattended.
Riding bicycles or other motorized vehicles without proper lighting is PROHIBITED after sunset.
Use of illegal drugs is PROHIBITED.
Obnoxious behavior of ANY kind is PROHIBITED.
The speed limit on property is 5 mph.
Vehicles may park in designated spaces only. No vehicles can block any portion of roadway.
Only persons with a valid driver’s license may operate a motor vehicle in the Park.
Vandalism of any kind by anyone in your group (regardless of age) may result in eviction from the Park.
Security:
Management is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged articles. Keep your valuables locked up.
Report any problems with your site to Management immediately.
We adhere to and maintain all state, county, and local laws on property.
Quiet Hours:
Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
Please be courteous to other guests around you.
Loud music or objectionable noise is not allowed at any time.
Inconsiderate guests will be evicted from the park.
Profanity or violence towards other guests or Park staff will result in immediate eviction from the park.
Guests violating rules that result in eviction notice will not receive any refunds for their stay.
Pet Policy:
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone whose pet is NOT considered suitable to the serenity/safety of our guests or the Park.
Pets must be kept on a leash under the control of someone who can always manage all animals.
There is a 2 pet limit in the Park.
No exotic or oversized pets are permitted. This includes all reptiles or large birds.
All Pets must be registered with Management upon arrival.
Pets may not be left outside unattended.
Guests are responsible to “clean up” after their pets.
Guests should carry proof of their pet's current vaccinations.
Pets are prohibited in Park buildings and amenity areas.
The Park is not responsible for and will hold accountable pet owners for any injury or damage caused by pet(s).
Service animals may accompany a disabled person without any proof of disability or certification for the service animal.
Booking Policy:
For stays of less than one month, the full reservation total is required at the time of booking. For stays of one month or more, a 50% prepayment of the reservation total is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance will be auto-charged 30 days prior to arrival.
Cancellation and Refund Policies:
Daily/Weekly:
Reservations cancelled at least 7 days prior to arrival will incur a 3% cancellation fee.
Reservations cancelled less than 7 days prior to arrival receive no refund.
No shows and early departures receive no refund.
Monthly:
Reservations cancelled at least 30 days prior to arrival will incur a 3% cancellation fee.
Reservations cancelled less than 30 days prior to arrival receive no refund.
